VOICES
Volunteer
Organisers
Information and
Communication
Exchange in
Suffolk
The VOICES project will
be a virtual and real time network for all those connected
with volunteers to share best practice, work more
collaboratively, address issues and concerns, exchange
local, regional and national information and training
opportunities. It could also offer opportunities to aid
professional development.
It will involve people responsible for volunteer
recruitment, training, volunteer support and volunteer
management, networking regularly in both virtual and real
time to find solutions to issues they are facing in their
work. This network will use this peer group knowledge to
solve problems and meet challenges.
Each month the website will feature a “best practice”
briefing paper.
Organisations that have already signed up to
VOICES (sign up form
available by
clicking here) have raised some issues which
will be featured on the site over the coming weeks. New
topics will be advised to VOICES
members through the VOICES
email circulation.
NB Unless stated
otherwise the above Briefings are all in PDF format; if you
do not have PDF Reader software you can
download it from here.
Funded through
Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities.
