England Volunteer Development Council
The England Volunteer Development
Council (EVDC) is a high-level mechanism, independent of
Volunteering England's governance structure, through which
Volunteering England aims to fulfil its representative
function on behalf of its membership, engaging both with
government and opposition parties in order to capture the
collective intelligence of volunteer-involving
organisations, volunteering infrastructure providers and of
volunteers to provide a powerful, coordinated lobby to steer
government policy and community action.
Suffolk Volunteering Federation
represents the thirty nine Volunteer Centres in the Easter
Region on the England Volunteering Development Council.
